Manchester United’s Academy XI of the Premier League Era

Manchester United have been one of the most successful football clubs on and off the pitch in the Premier League era. Their off the pitch strategy is now being modeled and modified by various clubs across the Premier League as well as the world to create a similar brand image. On the pitch success is crucial to ensure this off the pitch image.

The Red Devils have believed in a motto and stuck by it and made it a part of the club’s DNA. “Youth, Courage, Greatness”- the three words that say everything about this great club. Manchester United’s youth football academy has been a major contributor to their club’s success, maybe more than any other Premier League club.

We picked out our Dream Team of 11 of these academy graduates over the Premier League Era, which further signifies the success of the club’s academy. The players were a part of the club’s academy but some did become more successful of other clubs in the future.
