Another exciting edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is on the horizon and despite no crowds available in the stands to make the noise and push the players, they will know that their supporters will be there to cheer them from far away.

Every IPL we come across some young names breaking through as well as the big ones living up to the expectations. Here’s a look at the five players who will be hogging a lot of limelight as the tournament progresses.

1) Priyam Garg

Without a doubt we can seal his fate to be the standout player to watch for, Priyam Garg (19), was the favorite to bag India its 5th UNDER 19 TROPHY till the young Bangladeshi Men had come out of the syllabus and snitched the trophy to the Eastern Bengal. The ICC event for Priyam Garg and his men has merely turned out to be a Pandora’s Box as the road to the final couldn’t test the Resilience nor the sturdiness as Paras Mahambrey’s men enjoyed a stroll till the final before falling into the hunch dug by the opposition in the Concluding match of the tourney.

Priyam Garg was bagged by the Underdogs, Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL auction which was held before the Pandemic took over every possible affair, in December 2019. Being blunt no one were bothered by the dynamics nor by his intelligence on the game Priyam Garg other than the think tank of Sunrisers Hyderabad. But the challenge lies ahead for the lad from Meerut when he joins the world cup winning coach Trevor Bayliss in UAE.

Priyam Garg was sacked into the Orange Army with his base price and this young lad will have to pave his way into the starting eleven and will have to abet the never-ending middle-order woes for the risers. No hesitation in stating that the strategy units of other teams will have eyes on him and nails under their teeth as they let the under-19 skipper offer his services to the Sunrisers at his base price.
