LeBron James leading the way for Lakers against the Nuggets in Game 2:

For the Lakers, LeBron James led the way as he collected 12 points of the first 14 points scored. For Nuggets Murray and the Joker kept scoring and were in pursuit to get the leadoff Lakers. At the end of the 1st quarter, the score was 29-21 where the lakers were in the lead.

The Joker being persistent:

Jokic showed utter dominance as the game was reaching its final moments. In the fourth quarter, the Nuggets were trailing by eight with just over three minutes remaining. The Joker proceeded on personal 9-0 to give his team the lead with 31 seconds remaining. After Davis managed to put the Lakers back ahead, Jokic pulled off a hook shot over A.D. to regain the lead.

Anthony Davis’s Mamba moment:

Over the year A.D has been a consistent top-five player in most people’s assessments. He has also had a playoff appearance only twice before this postseason, advancing to the second round just once. From these games we can surely asses that he is a champion player in himself as he took over down the stretch against the Nuggets in Game 2, scoring the Lakers’ final 10 points.

Jokic got the 1 point lead for his side while 30 seconds remained, Davis, followed it up by counter and collected 2 points with 26 seconds left in the fourth quarter and following that up with his first true signature playoff moment. After nailing the buzzer-beater, A.D  as clearly seen yelled Kobe as they wore the black ‘Mamba’ jerseys for this game.

A.D was once again the leading scorer for the Lakers as he posted 31 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 blocks. The following is what he had to say post-game.
